north side of hither hills, trails/beach clean up, as i’ve been there a few times, there’s been trash over the place and would like to pitch in and clean it up and maybe hang out after and have a good time fishing and whatnot. permit is needed for this for nys 4x4 beach permit and nys marine fishing license
